Military and Overseas Voters

U.S. citizens residing outside the United States, along with members of the uniformed services and their family members, are eligible to use the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) form to request a ballot by mail. The FPCA also serves as an application for voter registration for eligible citizens not currently registered to vote. You may obtain an FPCA form from the Voting Assistance Officer at each military installation or by calling the Federal Voting Assistance Program at 800-438-8683.

Please be sure and provide an e-mail address and telephone number in the appropriate sections of the form so that we can contact you if your application is missing any required information. An FPCA is valid for one calendar year and expires December 31st of each year. Please submit a new FPCA after December 31st of each year or anytime you have a change of mailing address.
