NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Commissioners’ Court will meet in regular session  at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse (2nd floor) 300 Oak Street, Abilene, Texas, to consider the following items:

1.
Call meeting to order
2.
Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
3.
Consider approval of minutes of previous meetings and adopt agenda
4.
Consider approval of budget adjustments and transfers if any
5.
Consider approval of bills for payment
6.
Receive 1st Quarter Investment Report
7.
Consider approval of an Appointed Public Officials Bond and Oath for Constable Precinct 2, James Tuck and any appropriate action
8.
Consider approval of lease agreement for operations and management of Buffalo Gap Historical Village and any appropriate action
9.
Consider appointment of applicants to the Taylor County Historical Commission and any appropriate action
10.
Consider approval of request to accept the Windmill Crossing road, located in the Windmill Crossing Subdivision, Precinct 4
11.
Consider approval of the final plat of the Hillside addition located in Precinct 3 and any appropriate action
12.
Consider approval of the preliminary plat called South Fork Ranch in Buffalo Gap, Precinct 3
13.
Consider approval to Exhibit A-Work Order #1, Project 2, Taylor County Courthouse Renovations with Parkhill, Smith and Cooper regarding courthouse sidewalk replacement
14.
Discuss and Consider drought conditions with outdoor burning and any appropriate action
15.
Discuss and Consider firework sales for Texas Independence Day, March 2, 2017 and any appropriate action
16.
Adjourn
