NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Commissioners’ Court will meet in Regular Session at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse (2nd floor) 300 Oak Street, Abilene, Texas, to consider the following items:

1.

Call meeting to order

2.

Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

3.

Consider approval of minutes of previous meetings and adopt agenda

4.

Consider approval of budget adjustments and transfers if any

5.

Consider approval of bills for payment

6.

Receive 2nd Quarter Investment Report from Treasurer’s Office

7.

Consider approval of Resolution for Abilene MPO and TASA (Transportation Alternatives Set Aside) Program administered by TXDOT (Texas Department of Transportation)

8.

Consider approval of a preliminary plat called Hidden Creek Development located in Precinct 1 off of County Road 297 and US Highway 277

9.

Consider approval on an order of release and cancellation of a public utility easement in the Sandstone Subdivision between lots 2 & 3, Block B in Precinct 3 and any appropriate action

10.

Consider approval of Sandstone Subdivision Replat of Lots 2 & 3, Block B in Precinct 3 and any appropriate action

11.

Consider approval of bid specifications and advertising for RFP 2017-501 Property & Machinery Insurance and any appropriate action

12.

In Accordance with Government Code 551.074, Regarding Personnel Matters, CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

13.

RECONVENE in Open Session and any appropriate action

14.

Adjourn
