Notice is hereby given that the governing body of Taylor County will meet in Special Session at 8:45 a.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010, in the Commissioners Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse, (second floor) 300 Oak St., Abilene, Texas, to:

 

 

1.                  Convene and adopt agenda.

2.                  Conduct Fiscal Year 2011 budget hearings per the attached schedule.

3.         Adjourn upon completion of budget hearings.

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Commissioners Court will meet in Regular Session at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, in the Commissioners Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse  (2nd floor)  300 Oak Street, Abilene, Texas, to consider the following items:

 

1.              Call meeting to order

 

2.              Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

 

3.              Consider approval of minutes of previous meetings and adopt agenda

 

4.              Presentation of Employee Service Awards

 

5.              Consider budget adjustments and transfers, if any

 

6.              Consider bills for payment

 

7.              Consider approval of recommendation of disbursement of funds from the Taylor County Health Endowment Committee

 

8.              Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding with West Central Texas Council of Governments for Radio Communication equipment

 

9.         Receive progress update on Taylor County Sally Port and any                         appropriate action

 

10.    In accordance with Government Code 551.074, Regarding    Personnel Matters, CONVENE in EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

11.    RECONVENE in Regular Session

 

12.      Recess until Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at which time we will RECONVENE IN BUDGET HEARINGS.
