This department manages the purchasing processes of the County by researching,
formulating and recommending purchasing policies; develops, prepares, evaluates
and presents Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposals to the Commissioners'
Court.

The Purchasing Department manages all contracts and purchases all necessary items
used by Taylor County.

Manages facilities maintenance staff and oversees Accounts Payable function for
County administration.
